Cancellation Policy

At Beautified Ink, we’re committed to creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for every client. To help us provide the best possible service, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will require 100% of the service fee.

We truly appreciate your understanding. These guidelines allow our team to manage our schedule effectively and ensure all clients receive the care and time they deserve.

Gift Voucher Policy

• All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

• Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

• Beautified Ink Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special at Beautified Ink.

• Each voucher must be used by one person in a single visit.

• Vouchers are collected by Beautified Ink Limited at the time of redemption.
